When you arrive at Noi Bai Airport, our guide and driver will meet you at the exit to start your Highlights of North and Central Vietnam tour. They will welcome you to the Noi Bai Airport and drive you to your hotel in the Hanoi center. The drive to the hotel takes about one hour.

Today, you will spend the whole full day for Hanoi Tours.
At 8:00 AM, after breakfast at your hotel, your guide and driver will pick you up. The first stop is the Ho Chi Minh Complex, where you will see the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh's House on Stilts, and the One Pillar Pagoda. This area is a must-see in Hanoi, as it tells the story of Vietnam's revolutionary leader, Ho Chi Minh.
Next, tourists will be on car to come further from the Hanoi centre to the Temple of Literature (or Van Mieu Quoc Tu Giam), Vietnam’s first university. You will learn about the country’s education history and enjoy the peaceful garden, a place for study and reflection.

In the morning at around 08:00 AM – 08:30 AM, the shuttle bus of the Halong Bay cruise will pick you up from your hotel around Hanoi Old Quarter and drive you to the Halong Bay pier.
By 12:00 PM, you will arrive at the pier and board your cruise. Check into your cabin and enjoy a delicious seafood lunch while cruising through the bay. The scenery here is breathtaking, with over 3,000 limestone islands rising from the blue water.

In day 2 of overnight Halong Bay cruise, it’s suggested that you should wake up early to enjoy the morning sunshine and fresh morning air in Halong Bay. Start your day with a relaxing Tai Chi exercise on the sundeck, followed by a light breakfast.
You’ll spend the morning enjoying more activities on the boat before checking out. On the way back to the harbor, relax and have brunch while taking in the beautiful surroundings.
Say goodbye to the cruise and Halong Bay as we drive back to Hanoi. We will transfer to Hanoi Airport for your flight to Da Nang.
Once you arrive at Danang Airport, our guide and driver will meet you and take you to Hoi An, which is around 30 km away and takes about 45 minutes to reach. After checking into your hotel in Danang City in the afternoon, you’ll have the rest of the day free.

On day 5 of Highlights of North and Central Vietnam, Hoi An is one of the next places to visit in Vietnam which is known for its ancient town and for the countryside, so it’s great for you to enjoy authentic local culture. Today, you’ll experience both with many classic places to visit in Hoi An!
After breakfast, your guide will meet you at your hotel and take you to Tra Que Village, famous for its herb and vegetable planting. If you prefer not to cycle, you can take a car to the village.
Once there, you’ll have the chance to join the local farmers and experience traditional rice planting methods. Learn how to plow, plant seeds, water the herbs, and many other tasks that help produce a bountiful crop.
Next, we will visit a local house for a cooking demonstration. Watch as the host shows how to make Banh Xeo, crispy Vietnamese pancakes, and then try making them yourself, it's fun and interactive!
You will enjoy the food you made along with other dishes prepared by our chef for lunch.
After lunch, we return to Hoi An for a walking tour through the Old Quarter. Your guide will show you the most popular places to visit in Hoi An, including the Phuc Kien Assembly Halls, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, and the local fish market.
During the walk, you’ll see ancient houses built with Chinese, Japanese, French, and European architectural styles. If you’d like, ask your guide to stop at a tailor shop, where you can get custom-made suits or dresses in just a few hours. Or stop at a local café in the Old Town to enjoy a peaceful moment.
After the tour, transfer back to your hotel for an overnight Hoi An stay. Dinner is at your own arrangement.
