By making a booking with us, you confirm your acceptance of these terms and conditions, excluding any other terms you may wish to apply to the contract.

Asia Tour Deals clearly states on its website and itinerary documents that delays and change to transportation are common in the regions where we operate. These services may not meet the operational standards expected in more developed parts of the world.
We cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss due to transportation providers failing to adhere to timetables supplied by us or their own schedules. Claims for emotional, or financial distress, or deviation from operational standards by third-party transportation providers are not accepted. Please note that departure times for road and rail services are estimates only.
Certain itineraries require specific levels of fitness and preparation. It is each participant’s responsibility to evaluate their fitness and readiness for the trip. No refunds will be provided for services you choose not to participate in after arrival. However, with reasonable notice, we can arrange alternative versions of most activities and will assist where possible.
Routing / Timings / Reconfirmation:
Unless otherwise specified, air ticket routing cannot be changed once booked. Departure times are estimates and may be affected by weather or other operational challenges. The latest available times will be reflected in your final itinerary.
Direct flights may include scheduled stops, and flights (both direct and indirect) may be operated by another carrier under a code-share agreement. Airlines reserve the right to change schedules, destination airports, or aircraft types without providing compensation or allowing changes to travel arrangements without additional charges.
Carriers have their own conditions of carriage, which may limit or exclude liability. We cannot provide alternative travel arrangements in the event of delays at the outbound or inbound departure points.
A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. All bookings are subject to availability and are based on the itinerary provided by your consultant. It is your responsibility to review these details carefully and inform us of any errors immediately. In some cases, correcting errors (e.g., misspelled names on airline tickets) may incur additional fees.
Submitting a completed booking form does not guarantee availability. While your deposit secures a reservation, it does not guarantee hotel availability or land/water tour services. Prices may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as hotel availability, exchange rates, fuel surcharges, or changes by airlines.
Final costs are only guaranteed once all services have been confirmed and airline tickets issued.
Children under the age of 12 typically receive a discount of 10% to 15% on airfare, provided they are accompanied by at least two full-paying adults.
To confirm your booking, a deposit of 20% to 30% of the total tour cost is required. The remaining balance must be paid either upon arrival or 21 days before your departure date.
All payments related to your bookings must be made via major credit card or telegraphic transfer to the appropriate account, which will be provided by our travel consultants at the time of booking.
Cash payments are preferred to avoid any processing fees that may increase your total cost. The deposit can be made by credit card or bank transfer using the following details:

Note: When paying by credit card, please add a 3% processing fee for Visa, MasterCard, and JCB, or 4.5% for American Express.

If you or your clients have any special requests or requirements (such as ground-floor accommodation, disability access, or specific dietary needs), please notify us when booking. We will make every effort to accommodate special requests but cannot guarantee fulfillment. We do not accept liability for any special requests we are unable to meet.
If we believe we are unable to adequately meet your specific needs, we reserve the right to decline the booking or request that you or your clients are accompanied by someone who can provide the necessary assistance throughout the tour.
You are responsible for ensuring that you and your clients are aware of any health requirements and recommended precautions for your destination. You must also ensure that all necessary vaccination documentation is carried. In some cases, failure to provide vaccination documentation (e.g., proof of Yellow Fever vaccination) may result in denied entry into certain countries.
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of the services arranged for you, please report the issue to your tour guide so that immediate action can be taken to resolve the matter. Any feedback to Asia Tour Deals after the tour should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the tour's conclusion. Failure to notify us within this time frame may limit our ability to investigate the matter.

If our services do not meet your expectations—except in cases beyond our control such as weather conditions, service availability, or client-related issues—we welcome your feedback. We will investigate your concerns and, if justified, provide an appropriate refund.
