Hello and welcome to the beautiful country of Laos!
As soon as you arrive at Pakse airport, you will be welcomed by the Asia Tour Deals team of enthusiastic tour guides who and take you to one of the places to visit in Laos: Wat Phou. Visit this ancient temple dating back more than 1000 years nestled between green rice fields and the romantic Mekong River in Wat Phou Tour.
If you have time, take a walk around Champasak's old town and places to visit in Pakse, where you will experience the vibrant life of local people in this Pakse Tour.
After that, we will board the boat together, gliding gently on the romantic Mekong River to reach Don Daeng Island, also known by the romantic name “Red Island”. You check in and rest at La Folie Lodge, a luxury resort with beautiful views of the Mekong River.
Relax on the smooth white sand beaches and enjoy peaceful moments by the Mekong River.

Leave the hotel for the Bolaven Plateau after breakfast. This large plateau was created by an extinct volcano and is home to numerous ethnic communities, greenery, rivers, and picturesque farmland. This cool-climate, scenic highland area is yours to explore for the entire day.
Visit the 120-meter-tall Tad Fane Waterfall, which is part of the Dong Hua Sao Nature Reserve, to begin your Don Daeng Tour.
Proceed to the Tad Yeung and Tad Champi waterfalls, which are covered by lush greenery and reach a height of 42 meters.
Following that, visit the tea and coffee plantations to learn why the Bolaven Plateau is the best location for them. A must-try is to meet some ethnic minorities and savor a cup of incredibly fresh organic coffee made using a special method at Jhai Coffee Shop in Paksong.
After a productive day, return to Don Daeng Island to spend the night.
Note:
There is a zipline from the top of the canopy that is not included in the tour price, but the way down is not for the weakness of the heart. It was installed recently. Try it if you want to take in the breathtaking view of the famous twin waterfalls that symbolize Southern Laos!

After enjoying breakfast, you will begin your Laos Adventure to explore the land of 4,000 amazing islands. It only takes about 2 hours by car, we will arrive at the pier in the small town of Hatxaykhoun. From here, a private boat will take you to the tropical paradise of Don Khone.
Come lunchtime, you'll enjoy delicious local dishes at a riverside restaurant, with beautiful island views as a backdrop.
In the afternoon, let's cycle to explore Don Khone. The old abandoned railway will take you back in time, to ancient houses with a strong French style. The Laos Itinerary 5 days will be even more interesting when you reach the majestic Liphi Falls, a rare natural wonder that was once home to freshwater dolphins.
Back on the boat, we will continue our Laos Itinerary 5 days to Khone Phapheng waterfall, one of the largest waterfalls in Southeast Asia. The powerful feeling of the water will make you unforgettable.
At the end of the day, we will return to Champasak and enjoy a peaceful evening.

Today, you are free to explore places to visit in Don Daeng.
You can borrow a bike from the hotel and cycle around this beautiful little town. Within just 10km, you will admire lush green rice fields, visit ancient pagodas, and also have the opportunity to encounter baby buffaloes leisurely grazing.
If you prefer a slower pace of life, fully enjoy the peace at the motel. The people here always welcome visitors with warm hospitality and unique traditional customs.
You will enjoy delicious local dishes made from the freshest ingredients, coming from the hotel's organic garden.
