We loved the old buildings like Dalat Cathedral and Mary Monastery. The style reminded me of Europe, but with Vietnamese charm. There was a coffee shop nearby with a garden where we stayed for over an hour.
Tuyen Lam Lake was one of the most peaceful parts of the trip. We walked hand in hand by the shore, sat on a rock, and didn’t talk much. The quiet moments sometimes say more than words. I’ll always remember that morning.
From the top of Ponagar Tower, we could see the small boats going back and forth in the harbor. It was hot but breezy. The structure itself was beautiful, and the view made us pause and just enjoy being there together.
We ended our day in Dalat by walking around the night market. There were fruits, scarves, and warm sweet drinks. We bought matching handmade keychains. It wasn’t fancy, but it was real and cozy. Just the way we like it.
I liked the Dalat railway station. The colors were soft and vintage, and there was a small train parked there. My partner and I took some cute photos. It wasn’t crowded at all, so we had time to enjoy it slowly.
We tried the slide ride at Datanla waterfall and couldn’t stop laughing. It was fast and fun, something different from the usual honeymoon activities. After that, we took a walk around the trees nearby. Great way to add energy to the day.
This whole trip felt like a dream. Nha Trang gave us beach time, Dalat gave us cozy weather and flowers everywhere. Honeymoon Trip in Nha Trang and Dalat was everything we wanted: romantic, slow-paced, and full of lovely surprises.
We took the cable car to Truc Lam Monastery early in the morning. The view from the top was amazing and the pine forest below looked endless. It was quiet and we enjoyed sitting in the garden for a while before heading down to the lake.
On our first night, we walked by the beach just before sunset. The sand was still warm and there was a light breeze. We sat on a bench and watched the sky turn orange. It was a calm and special moment for our first evening together.
