Officially start your Cambodia and Laos Itinerary 12 days with a full day at the mysterious Angkor temples. Wake before dawn and hop on a “tuk-tuk” ride to visit the magnificent Angkor Wat - the largest Khmer temple and the finest example to study Angkorian art and architecture.
Don't worry if you haven't eaten yet, we will arrange a table with hot tea or coffee and breakfast boxes near Angkor Wat.
After breakfast, the Angkor Wat tour will continue to Angkor Thom’s imposing South Gate. Next, we will reach Bayon to capture the vivid smiling stone faces at the temple. As you walk through the temples, listen to your guide for a fascinating insight into the temple’s ancient origin, vicious battles and intricate bas-reliefs.
Later, we will turn to the Elephant Terrace, the Terrace of the Leper King and lastly Ta Phrom Temple.

After breakfast, Day 3 kicks off with a 25-kilometer drive to the countryside for the "gem" of the Angkor area: Banteay Srei Temple. As a popular place to visit in Siem Reap and a well-preserved temple, it is also called the "Citadel of the Women".
The pink sandstone of the temple makes it one of a kind, you can find this nowhere else in Angkor. If you’re into architecture or art, this small temple is a must-visit for its remarkable bas-reliefs of classical Khmer Art.
Return to your hotel and enjoy the lunch break.
In the afternoon, continue to explore Tonle Sap Lake. This place is ideal for culture lovers because we can interact and learn about the real lives around Siem Reap, specifically on the lake. The boat tour includes stops such as flooded forests, floating villages, crocodile & fish farms…
Note: Boat trips are available from July to February due to low water levels during the dry season. If the weather doesn’t allow it, we will change to a trip to the floating villages at Chong Kneas.

Begin the morning as we travel to Happy Ranch, a western-style horse ranch. Take some time to meet the pure Cambodian breed horses descended from the wild horses of Mongolia.
After a safety briefing, you will hit the trail to Siem Reap's beautiful countryside. Don’t worry if you’ve never ridden a horse before, there are horses suitable for all experience levels from placid ponies to young lively geldings. It’s even friendly to families!
While riding on the horseback, enjoy the scenes of rural villages. At some farms and rice paddies, we will pause to meet the locals and take some photos. There is also a temple for us to stop by and have a break before looping back to Happy Ranch.
After goodbye to the adorable horses, back to Siem Reap by lunchtime and spent the rest of the day freely.

In the afternoon, we will have a visit to the Royal Palace. It is now where the Cambodia royal family lives in. Take a look at the Silver Pagoda at the northern area of the palace, today preserving religious and cultural treasures.
Next is the National Museum, famous for the world's huge collection of Khmer art (bronzes, ceramics, sculpture,…).

Morning, enjoy the last moments in the city of Cambodia before your flight to Vientiane. The driver will pick you up and then you can have a free day to explore the capital by yourself.

Our first destination is Wat Sisaket, considered Vientiane's oldest remaining temple with over 2,000 silver and ceramic Buddha images on the internal walls.
