Every day of the tour was different, and that’s what I liked. First two days were city sightseeing in Hanoi, then trekking in Sapa, then cruising in Halong Bay. Nothing felt boring, always something new to see. The guides kept things smooth and clear. 7 days went by quickly but I felt I saw a lot.
The long trek from Y Linh Ho to Ta Van was a big challenge for me, but I managed to finish. Rice terraces went on forever and the scenery was stunning. We met kids selling bracelets, they were friendly and kept saying hello. Lunch in a local house gave me energy to continue. That day was hard but felt very rewarding in the end.
This trip gave me a lot of variety. In Hanoi I liked Train Street, such a crazy place with trains passing so close to houses. In Sapa, Cat Cat Village was interesting with small shops and a waterfall. The long trek on the next day was tough but beautiful. Halong Bay looked even better in real life than in pictures. It was worth the long days.
I joined with my sister, and it was a great week for both of us. We enjoyed the night market in Hanoi, so many snacks and souvenirs. Trekking in Sapa made us laugh because we both slipped in the mud once. The cruise in Halong Bay was her favorite, she loved the cooking class. For me, it was the people we met along the way that made the trip special.
Everything was planned well, from pick-up to hotel to meals. In Hanoi the guide showed us both history and daily life, which I liked. Sapa trekking was tiring but not too much, just enough to feel active. Halong Bay cruise felt more like a holiday, relaxing with good food and nice views. I didn’t have to worry about anything, just enjoy the trip.
I joined the trip with two close friends and we had so much fun. Trekking in Sapa was not easy, but we supported each other along the way. The rice terraces were huge, and we kept stopping to take photos. At night in Sapa we went to the market and bought small souvenirs. The week ended with Halong Bay, which felt like the perfect reward after all that walking.
The Halong Bay overnight cruise was amazing from start to finish. The cabin was clean and comfortable, better than I expected on a boat. We visited a cave and then climbed Titov Island for an unforgettable view. Dinner on the cruise was full of seafood and local dishes, and Happy Hour drinks made it even better. At night, I sat on the deck looking at the stars, super peaceful.
Visiting the small villages in Sapa was something I’ll never forget. People there live very simple lives, surrounded by rice fields and mountains. We walked through Y Linh Ho, Lao Chai, and Ta Van, and each place had something unique. Lunch in a local house was nice and gave us time to rest. I took so many photos of the scenery.
I traveled alone but ended up making friends on the bus to Sapa. We trekked together and helped each other on the muddy parts. Nights in Sapa were cozy, we ate hotpot and drank tea to warm up. The guide was easy to talk to and shared a lot about the villages. By the time we reached Halong Bay, it felt like we were one big group. It made the whole week really enjoyable.
First time in Vietnam and I think this trip was perfect. The Old Quarter in Hanoi was noisy but fun, with so much street food to try. In Sapa we hiked down to Lao Chai and Ta Van, and the rice fields were endless. Locals smiled and waved when we walked by. Halong Bay cruise was my dream come true, sleeping on the boat and waking up to sunrise. Totally worth it.
This tour gave me both sides of Vietnam. In Hanoi I saw history at the Mausoleum and the Temple of Literature, then in Sapa I got to walk among rice terraces and rivers. Trekking was harder than I thought, but the view was amazing every step. Halong Bay was something else, the limestone cliffs were massive. In 7 days I felt like I saw a whole new country.
Trekking in Sapa was the highlight of the trip for me. The path was sometimes muddy but the views of rice terraces and mountains made it worth it. We passed small villages and saw how locals live, which was eye-opening. In the evening, we had dinner in Sapa town, and the food was simple but tasty. I slept well that night because I was so tired from walking.
I joined with my husband and two kids, and it was a good choice for the family. The walk in Cat Cat Village was easy and the kids loved the waterfall there. My husband enjoyed Hanoi city tour, especially Train Street, so different from home. The cruise in Halong Bay was relaxing, and the food was fresh seafood that everyone liked. It was a mix of history, culture, and nature that fit all ages.
7 days looked like a long trip, but honestly it went by super fast. Hanoi was busy with food stalls and scooters everywhere, I liked walking around the lake. Sapa was my favorite part, the rice fields on the hills were stunning. Trekking was a bit tiring but fun, especially when we met local kids saying hello. The cruise in Halong Bay was a perfect ending, with calm water and nice seafood.
