The Cat Hai – Phu Long route, a part of the Cat Ba cable car system will be officially opened on 20 May 2020. It has a total length of 3.9 km.

In particular, the first cable car connecting Cat Hai Island - Phu Long will be the largest cable car in the world with a capacity of 5,500 passengers/hour.
